COVID-19 UPDATE

Avola College would like to insure our clients, students and staff a safe return. We are continuing to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation and we have put forth some best practices and recommendations for your health and safety.

We are providing the most recent information and direction from Public Health and our Provincial Government on steps we are taking to keep everyone safe. We will continue to update as more information is released.

What to know before your arrival:

  • All Services will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY and can be booked by calling us at 416.967.1800 during normal business hours.
  • There will be no waiting area so we ask that you call us from your car or from outside when you arrive for your appointment.
  • We ask that you please come to your appointment alone.
  • All non-essential items should be kept to a bare minimum. Bring in your phone, keys and wallet.
  • When entering the building you will be asked to sanitize your hands and wear your mask. If you don’t have a mask we will be selling disposable masks for a nominal fee.
  • If you are planning to have a chemical service done, we recommend you bring a disposable mask seeing that it will likely get soiled and need to be replaced at some point during or after the service. If you don’t have a disposable mask we will be selling them for a nominal fee.
  • You will be asked a series of questions regarding your health and recent travel. If you have travelled and/or are feeling symptomatic we will ask you to reschedule your appointment. If you are healthy and have not travelled, provided we have an infrared thermostat, we will take your temperature and if it’s below 39 degrees C, you will be invited in for your service.
  • We ask that you adhere to physical distancing when possible
  • If you are interested in retail products, please ask front desk or your stylist
